Update #7 introduces three major enhancements designed to streamline your business operations and elevate your customer experience:

• The 8-Minute Testimonial Standard: We have upgraded our integrated video review system to support high-fidelity testimonials up to 8 minutes. This allows for deeper storytelling and more authentic social proof for your brand.
• Smart Business Navigation: We are deploying an intuitive on-site information widget. This tool is designed to help your customers find business-related answers instantly, reducing friction and increasing conversion.
• Passwordless Security: We are introducing clients.sustainable.support. Say goodbye to traditional passwords; our new portal uses secure "Magic Link" authentication for one-click access to your dashboard.

Transition Timeline

To ensure 100% service uptime and allow our team to stay focused on high-level innovation, we are migrating our partner infrastructure to a fully automated billing model.

• May 1, 2026: The new clients.sustainable.support portal goes live. Current partners will receive an invitation to secure their account and add an automated payment method.
• May 15, 2026: This marks the conclusion of our 30-day transition period. After this date, manual invoicing and bank transfers will be discontinued to ensure service continuity.
